Celtic Manor

One of the leading resorts in the country, the Celtic Manor Resort contracted VSI-thinking to develop and support their online web services. From production through to web based business applications, VSI-thinking have drawn on a broad range of experience to deliver this project. Now in the third year, the site has already been updated with a redesign to match the current branding, and with a number of new services introduced throughout the project.

The online shop has been one of the most successful aspects, selling merchandise, golf products from the pro-shop and tickets for the Welsh Open and other events. With the Ryder Cup to arrive in 2010, the shop is an important part of the eCommerce strategy.

A key driver in the decision to award the contract to VSI-thinking was our experience in the travel sector and specifically integration to online booking systems. Having previously worked with Thomas Cook on their package holiday speciality brands VSI-thinking were able to undertake the integration of the hotel reservation system.
