Historical Reporting - In addition to making queries on current data, the systems will allow its users to compare existing data with data from past time frames and grouped by weeks or months and seasons.
Additional Reporting - The system can provide a comments report that gives personal feedback from the customers on their opinions of each aspects of the service.
Instant Updating – As soon as data is uploaded to the site it is available for reporting, which is perfect for real-time online systems.
Online System - The system does not rely on specific software (such as Excel part of Microsoft Office). The user only requires Internet access and a web browser to access the system.
Speed Comparison - A spreadsheet performance is limited by the speed of the user’s computer. The VSI-thinking system runs on a dedicated database server that can process millions of records in seconds.
