PhUSE is an online company which delivers key industry conferences for pharmaceutical software developers. The whole administration and membership service is managed online with a web based application developed by VSI-thinking. PhUSE customers can register and become members online, which instantly provides access to more areas of the web site.
The back office applications provide member management services together with flexible reporting. A call centre application records contact history with customers, together with mail shots and other correspondence sent by the site. Taking the business online has reduced the operational costs and helped the Europe wide committee manage the business.
