Web Programmer

Skills: High level of ASP, .NET and XML
High level of db experience MS Access, SQL and MySQL.
IIS Server knowledge also required.
Some knowledge of VB and application development is useful.
Also a little knowledge of php is useful.

Experience: 2-3 years, and lead on at least one major project.
Less experience would be considered if the candidate is an IT enthusiast.

Personal: Team player with good communication skills.
Possibly customer facing for project development.
Possibly customer facing support will be required.

Sales Manager

Skills: Excellent communicator and educator of technicall issues.
Strong negotiation abilities and understanding of contracts.
Keen presentation and promotional skills.
Target orientated.

Experience: 5-7 years, with an existing and transferable client base.
Able to demonstrate new business developent as well as account management.

Personal: Team player who can understand technical services and delivery.
Highly professional in approach to reflect the company product.
Outward face of VSI-thinking and representative for the company.

Web Developer

An individual with experience of programming systems beyond scripting. Experienced in developing in any of the following languages: C++, JAVA, VB / ASP, .NET. Any candidate will be expected to identify and implement appropriate new technologies and lead web based product development.
Web Designer

Involved in web site/application production and implementation. The successful applicant will have a well disciplined approach to development and site maintenance. Please contact Chris Thomas for further information or to discuss a position.
