The reporting solution developed for customer survey questionnaires is massively scalable, with some databases holding over 150 million records. Even the largest databases of customer survey information can return reports in real-time and offer a responsive user interface to derive business information. Reports can be pre-defined and filters specified as part of the application.
Spreadsheet Download
All reports are available for download as a spreadsheet, which when clicked will either open in your browser or you can save to your computer.
Bespoke Reporting
Many companies choose to define reports for specific management information, such as parts processed or staff performance. VSI-thinking will work with you to help define your business reporting.
Direct Access
Our MS SQL database systems can offer direct access for your own reporting tools, through various software connectors.
